I find it interesting to learn how other cultures are so different from mine.This book really gave me another perspective from the way I grew up. It has a lot of useful life lessons that were not the normal to teach to kids where I am from. Here it's all about how good you are at everything. When I was going to school things like meditation and such were not even talked about. I had never even heard of it till I was well into my 20's and even then not to much was talked about it. Maybe if it was taught in school's more it would have made a difference in a lot of lives.
I wish I could have been brought up to think and reflect the way Jakub talks about in this book. He seems to have such a compassion and love for everyone. We need more of that in this world. If everyone was taught to love everyone with no hate the world would be so different.
He asked, "What motivates you to get up in the morning?". I need to really think about this when I get up in the morning, now it just like I'm a robot. I don't even think about it, just get up and do the same stuff. This book has given me lots to think about. I am sure when you read it you will take away a lot of new ideas to think about too.
